I found these today at an op shop. I love strange stuff like this so had to buy it but no idea what it is. Image search seemed to be no use at all. They are both the size of a teaspoon, metal, probably stainless steel as I cannot see any Stirling silver marks or anything. Obviously some type of cutlery, for some very specific job I assume.
