Onstar
Recently, while traveling, had my Onstar completely fail. Telltale signs were the following on dash notifications;
Service emergency calling
Forward collision system unavailable
Also, cruise control (Adaptive and basic) stopped working as well as lane departure notification which when pulling a trailer made for a miserable trip home. Dealership diagnosed system failure and immediately ordered the defective part.
Lights for Onstar were not active at all.
