Guys i think my brain is cooked, its impossible to resist the adult content
Ive been suffering with an adult content addition for 1 and a half years. It has gotten better by making my brother put a screen time password on my phone but my laptop is the only thing i use. I dont watch shorts, i dont watch reels, and im not addicted to my phone, which is a sorta nice thing. I have tried several extensions and blockers to combat this but each one fails because i have to type in specific keywords to restrict instead of the entirety of adult content websites like for example, i typed in p o r n in the search bar even though the actual 4-letter word was restricted.
My temptation is only occuring when i am left home alone without a purpose. Its not about lust, i just need something to banish that content forever and to once and for all fix my dopamine system. I will appreciate any help on my situation🙏
