I fully believe in the benefits of SR, i’ve read the works of Swami Sivananda and I’ve felt the benefits myself but these recent posts on this sub about how girls star at you and whatnot, like seriously? I feel like this sub has been infiltrated by the new-age lookmaxxing kids probing to pull girls and look better.

The amount of good quality posts on this sub has fallen of a cliff.
