I noticed that with my viture neckband pro and beast, spacewalker app is disabled and unable to use. This was the primary feature I bought this glasses for (when I saw advertisements)
When will this feature be available?
I just received my Viture Beast, and I was excited to use it but I noticed how many times I try it doesnt work. my iPhone 15 Pro Max should be compatible but event when I connect it, it isnt recognized on app neither.
Update 5/6/2026: Mines got just shipped today! My prescription attachment seems to be coming later, which is fine bc I can just wear contacts until then. Hopefully comes in quick!
I received the response back from Viture, and this is response I got. 2-3 weeks?! I live in US, and there was as no indication it would take 14-21 business days, especially I paid for expedited (which is legally claimed as 3-5 days). Im heading to Hawaii in 12 days for 3 months and I ordered 4 business days ago. I wanted to stress test this product there for proper review (especially Viture is known for brighter display this would be huge advantage for Viture), but with 2-3 weeks to ship I guess that isn’t happening
Anyone having same issue? Do they really take 14-21 days to ship with expedited? If it won’t arrive by then I need to switch to other model or Xreal
thanks for visiting this post! I live in US (Midwest) and I just ordered my glasses on April 30 and neckband like yesterday (May 3rd), both expedited. I just received neckband shipment email but not for my glasses. It was promised within 5 days and its only 3rd day so I understand, but after seeing many shipment delay posts I’m worried if they will actually keep my promise, because I am going to Hawaii nextweek Friday for 4 months.
