Advise required on whether to switch agency from staff (local) to NPSA with jump in two grades.
What would be your "for" & "against" for moving from a fixed term, G-level position to an NPSA (non-staff). The current situation:
- Toxic supervisor
- Fixed term (pensionable, medical coverage)
- Supervisor limits upward movement (promotion)
- Head of my unit
- Interview pending for movement to similar grade (promotion) to the NPSA.
- I am very versed with the current workflow in the office
