I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bosch customer service. I purchased a Bosch refrigerator just two years ago, in January 2024, expecting reliability and quality, but unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue that has yet to be resolved. The biggest frustration has been the extremely poor customer support. From April 29, 2026, It took them four days just to respond to my initial complaint, which is unacceptable for a major appliance that requires urgent attention.

Even after finally hearing back, the earliest service appointment they could offer was more than a week away. This situation is even more serious for my household. We have a kidney transplant patient at home who depends on properly stored, fresh food for their health and safety. Due to the refrigerator issue, we have been unable to store food safely, and a significant amount of our food has already spoiled. This has caused not only financial loss but also serious stress and concern for our well-being.

For a company that promotes premium products, the lack of urgency and care for customer satisfaction is very disappointing. A refrigerator is an essential appliance, and delays like this create significant inconvenience—especially in situations like ours.

Overall, the slow response time, delayed scheduling, and lack of concern for customers make this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better support and accountability.
