Senior dog

My dog is 15 years and 9 months old. He is a pit mix and has been losing weight recently. He eats, drinks, barks, but also has incotinence. He mostly sleeps, but does still walk around, and will run sometimes in the yard. The last year or two his anxiety has gotten worse. Daily, he has accidents when he is sleeping in his bed. His back legs also shake, or when he’s standing they droop down to an almost sitting position. He sometimes will slip on the hardwood floors. He still will try to play with the younger dog. I don’t know how to tell when the time is right. Any advice?
