How to get out of sleep paralysis

I’m 15 and I get sleep paralysis a lot, the first few times it happened it was scary but not anymore it’s just annoying. The thing is I can literally sense when it’s about to happen too. It happens before I go to sleep or waking up, I don’t hallucinate or anything I just can’t move and I always feel like I can’t breath. But the thing is I’m breathing and I can control my breathing too. Sometimes I just try to relax and fall asleep but it feels like I can’t breath. I try to wiggle my fingers and toes and sometimes I can, but I’m still paralyzed. I also try to breath really fast and loudly to get attention or to raise my heart rate that doesn’t work either. Today I literally went into paralysis with my eyes open .
