Been doing some research into how small B2B service agencies (recruiters, ads agencies, etc) find clients and I keep coming back to the same question: how much does timing actually matter?
Most agencies seem to be reacting to signals rather than getting ahead of them. By the time they reach out, the prospect is already talking to competitors.
I built a growth engine that surfaces high intent leads before they become obvious to everyone else, with verified contacts and personalised outreach ready to go. Testing it with a couple of agencies for free right now.
Is timing actually the bottleneck for those of you running small agencies, or is it something else?
