Hi I got rejected by 4/5 offers and got a conditional offer for 1/5. I accepted the conditional offer but was unsuccessful in getting an acceptance. Does this mean I qualify for UCAS extra? because I don't see any option on the portal to apply for an extra choice (but I might not be looking at the right place?)

If I qualify for UCAS extra but don't see the option to apply, can I contact UCAS through email about the issue? Can't find their email online though... only phone numbers but calls will be charged a fee
