My husband ordered me a bundle for Mother's Day. Other items in the bundle (case and charging block) arrived in two days as anticipated but actual kindle never showed. Eventually the delays turned into "we will email you when we have a shipping date." The lovely CS reps I've spoken to and chatted with seem to have no idea how to help.
I know I saw months ago that there were stocking issues but I figured those had resolved since they were offering regular prime shipping times. Is anyone else dealing with this at the moment?
