I got pre-approved for a used car loan. The individual I’m buying from wants me to pay in cash. I’ve never gotten a loan before so I don’t know how it works.

Once the financing gets accepted and the bank has all the paperwork they need. How am I going to pay in cash? Does the bank send me money to my account and then I take that out in cash to pay him? Will the bank just give me cash? Please help
