We went to Disney on Sunday and walked 20k + steps. I got terrible chafing that then turned into horrible hand sized bruising between my legs on both inner thighs. Its sore to the touch and was swollen. Im using arnica cream.... any other suggestions? Ive always bruised easily since battling anemia... but never anything this severe!
