Any of you have experience with these? Are these one of the better quality Harbor Freight products or should I look elsewhere?

EDIT: I’m a little bit dumb some times. I didn’t realize the pneumatic option was ONLY pneumatic, I thought you could do both. I’d like the option for when I don’t have access to a compressor.
