Does this mean:
100g raw = 167 cals when cooked assuming they are cooked in OVEN not fried etc
Or
100g cooked = 167 cals
Feels like a waste to track 100g cooked but I don't know how much that is UNTIL they are cooked
I hope this makes sense to someone cos I'm confusing myself at this point 😂
Also I know this is not the best food option for a deficit but I just started back and want to still use up some of the foods I already have :)
