Can someone please educate me on how insurance and job hiring work (do I have to disclose this kinda info?)

I began to suspect that I may have auDHD, the symptoms are getting worse over the years, it's like I'm losing part of myself and who I once was. It's affecting my social life, how I speak to people, social life, pretty much everything.

I am planning on to get treated, yet I am afraid this might affect my future,
