Hello I have 3 questions regarding the summer section

If I’m doing prereq classes in the second sub section, and post round 2 is in august, how would they know if i scored enough to get in, do i have to wait another year, will I still have enough time to make post (Economics)

Also since I dont have 5 credits yet I want to do 2.5 credits in the summer, but I havent talked to the register yet so is it too late if I talk to them tomorrow? Can I take a course outside of uoft and get it approved? (Just a random course for credits)
