I know this has been asked ad nauseam, but I genuinely don't have links at hand due to my severity.

I'd like to attach the best links as to explaining what very severe ME is. I know someone created a video - I don't know if it's about very severe ME or more moderate. I haven't been able to watch it yet (thank you person, for your investment and for making it without audio too <3).

Please, please please. Post your BEST links (articles, ME centers, from Whitney Dafoe.. whoever has explained what very severe ME is. Anything counts. Articles, papers, posts on social media, youtube.

I’d like to share with my close ones how there’s actually consciousness and care in some parts of the world. I’m in a crash so I’m not able to scout myself online, nor refreshing the feed all the time. I had actually forgotten Awareness Day was coming up around the corner.

Been wanting to post many different things since January, but I’ve been unable to due to my crash.

I can’t remember all of them. Any, right now. Just one thing that happened now (not sharing it in this post). Wish I had the energy to. (I’ve been able to post superfluous stuff here and there in other subs these months, but stuff that requires much less energy than the deep topics I did want to talk about here. You get it.

On the end of supporting you, I send you all my love. Had specific moments I wanted to share it. For instance, now specifically, good luck to all of you out there that are dealing with the crazy, demanding, Murphy’s law of admin stuff, health programs, insurance, applications, medical communication, med ordering, etc.

Anyways, thanks for reading me out :). Hope at least some things start coming up my memory. I’m sure not with the effussiveness, and thus clarity, of how it felt in the moment in the past.
