Recently I’ve been spending a lot of time thinking through different fundraising scenarios for our startup, like how much we can dilute, what future rounds might look like, how board control changes over time, and how SAFEs and liquidation preferences affect outcomes.

While doing this, I realized there really isn’t a good way to simulate these things properly. So over the last few days I started building an open-source simulator in Claude to model these scenarios for ourselves, and this is the first version that came out of it.

Would genuinely love feedback from everyone on what can be done better or should I even continue.
