Replaced our cover in 2020. Leak in liner lowered water so much that the auto cover ripped. With auto cover and liner..what am I looking at cost wise?

ETA:

-yes we use a pump on top of cover for rain and snow

-Located in Midwest where we get a ton of snow

-We’ve always used our auto cover as winter cover

-We prefer auto cover due to having younger children and dogs
