I’ve been trying to stop carrying work stress straight into the evening, so I started using the Headspace app for a short session after I close my laptop. Nothing dramatic, but even 5–10 minutes of guided breathing has been helping me feel like there’s an actual break between work mode and home mode.
Has anyone else had better luck sticking with meditation when they keep it super short? Y
