I need some help everyone, please help me out here!!
Ok so like usual, I’m overthinking and over analyzing this. To the point that it has been about 4 days since getting this and I still haven’t even opened the bag 🤦🏼♀️.

**Simply some suggestions, ideas, input, and your experience!**
Ok (some backstory) so about 7 years ago I used to have a medical card and used medical marijuana.
Infrequently, and not much, but maybe a 1-3 times a day, and only a couple puffs. Just enough to get through.
I then tried edibles(that ended up being a nightmare & a terrible thing!!) and I got Wana gummies, they were these 1mg strawberry ones. I hadn’t tried them yet, and I got this cookie (that did taste great btw 😂) that I think was 25mg. I split it into a lot of pieces and didn’t take too much, but I was body stoned so bad, I then couldn’t even touch the weed. I still had the 1mg gummies so I split those up into 4ths and was doing okay with that.
Eventually I just quit cold turkey and never tried it again. Ended up pregnant as well with my last baby and despite the fact that everyone told me weed would help with how sick I was, I wasn’t up for a DCS visit just because I was trying to survive the pregnancy that almost ended me. Instead stuck with what the dr was having me do (in hindsight I probably would have just used the weed if I knew what that doctor would later end up pulling anyway).
So that’s the backstory lol.
Anyway, I just got Wana ‘Quick Calm’
Gummies, mainly to try and see if it will help me sleep because I’m STRUGGLING!!
So I got these ones to try and give it a shot again.

THC - 1mg
CBD - 10mg
CBG - 10mg
L-THEANINE - 50mg
My question is, what do I do here with it 🤣?
I think cutting it into 3 or 4 pieces would be a good idea to make sure I do okay?
I tend to be hyper sensitive to many medications, yet also be the same type of person that needs WAY MORE pain meds and anesthetic cause I burn through both like water (I’ve been told having ADHD, plus also having red hair gives me a double whammy on that? 😅)
But I guess I’m sort of looking to get input on others who have also had a pretty awful experience with weed before who are trying to find the lowest possible dose to help, but not have any high that I guess some people crave and want.
I want NOTHING close to that.
I have been clean from opiated for going on 5 year now and I absolutely don’t want a high as that I know will be a trigger for me.
So anyone have some suggestions here?
And the other question is, if I have a bad reaction to it, how long will it last 😂?
- A very nervous, uncertain, and overthinking AuDHDer who really needs to start sleeping and not staying up all night, and only functioning on 2-5 hrs of sleep every 24-36 hours 😅.
