do we fw him heavy or so we fw him light

i had this pin on my bag and today i just realized the ghost was gone! and i can not find him anywhere. before anyone mentions it, he is not the hallmark googly eyes ghost they have totally diff tails. someone please help me find this pin i am desperate. all i know about it is that it dates between 1990-2005.

i found this pin at my great grandma's house about two years ago and ive had it on my bag although the ghost itself fell off somewhere, it didnt have any writing or labels on it. although this pin was bought in Ohio, USA. it was grouped with another halloween pin that was dated around 1995-2002 not sure if thats any help. i have tried searching on google lens but i can not find it, please help!
