So just going through the history of my virtual smart card , I noticed I got charged at entry (balance got reduced by 35 but still it was showing -0). I raised a query on the app , does that help.

This reminded me of one time in March , at exit it shows -35 but the balance was reduced by -65 and I asked one of the people at the metro station, they said they can't do anything about that.

What is the best way to resolve this? Anyone else faced issues like this? Also did anyone face similar issue with physical cards ever?

PS : This is on Rapid Metro Line (if that's necessary).
