I have a problem with my pc performance I am using an RX 9070 GRE with a Ryzen 5 9600X and 16GB RAM on a B650 motherboard my RAM usage is very high for example when I run Fortnite it uses around 12GB and in game I only get about 220 FPS on the lowest settings with heavy frame drops and stuttering I have already set the power plan to ultimate performance and updated the BIOS but the issue is still there and I do not know what is causing it
