If I have a National Guard DD 214 and I ETS’d in Nov 2025 will the VA use that as a start date for new/secondary conditions or only back date to my ITF which is March 2026?

I have 80% right now from my army active duty time from 2019-2022 switched to the guard in 2022-2025

If I have a National Guard DD 214 and I ETS’d in Nov 2025 will the VA use that as a start date for new/secondary conditions or only back date to my ITF which is March 2026?
