Any advice on making the best of long distance relationships while in training?

Partner is an attorney and I stayed at my home residency program so we could stay together. No regrets on this decision and going on 10 years together. About to move ~5 hours away for 2 years of fellowship training while they stay behind. The subspecialty is moderate intensity in workload and call, including some weekends.

Feeling a little guilty and nervous about this big change on the horizon so any advice would be appreciated!
