[UPD] Inside or Outside Dorm?
Is it better to live inside campus (UP dorms)? Or outside the campus (nearby places like KNL and condos).
Hi im an upcoming freshman, I'm not confident in getting into up dorms because even though only my mother works (self employed) we are still in metro manila and might not be accepted because of that.
Additional questions about UP dorm:
Which matters most? Your distance or your parent's income?
How reliable is the UP Dorms? (Can you stay there through summer? Or if you have midyear, and is it easy to extend you stay into the next year if you have the grades and units?)
If you live in one of the up dorms, how's your experience, specifically about the community bath and the temperature inside the dorm.
Thank you so much to those who will answer these questions, and I hope it can also help other freshmen on deciding if they should dorm inside or outside
