Hello - Im hoping I might get some advice on the licensing process.

I graduated back in 2022 with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering (My undergrad was Construction Management, there were a lot of overlapping classes but the program wasnt ABET accredited).

I have been working under a PE in Arizona since mid 2022 and working towards getting licensed. Ive had to jump through hoops due to my undergrad but I was finally able to sit for my PE exam last year and passed.

I applied for my license immediately after passing hoping that with 3ish years under a PE and 3ish years doing CM work (I worked for a GC in between my undergrad and masters). I was rejected and told I needed roughly 10 more months. before I satisfied the requirement.

Fast forward to this year, I reapplied and had them pull my old COEs from the year before. I alao sent an updated one to cover the past year or so, to hopefully to address the previous deficiency. I finally heard back yesterday, and my deficiency actually went UP over the past year. I was told I need 21 more months now.

Im just so confused. Does the board interpret education/work experience differently depending on who reviews it? Is there anything I can do to appeal?
