Started collecting in January
As I approach 50 years of age I thought I'd better enhance my large collection of mainly rock, funk and jazz CDs with some classical. Bought mostly from charity shops and Musicmagpie.
A great deal of the works have been chosen from recommendations in this subreddit. It's been a fun 5 or so months of research, discovery and listening which I hope to continue when I get some more shelf space.
Stand-out composers for me so far have been Malcolm Arnold, Glass, Khachaturian, Rachmaninov, Stravinsky and Vaughan Williams.
