There should be a proper pop-up or overlay integration for Discord and other apps that lets you start them on the side because what is currently available is definitely clunky and not enough.

With the Steam machine meant to be used as a desktop PC, the current experience is not polished enough. I love using big picture but I need a better way to access Discord if I want to use the steam machine as a full replacement when I can't have my computer on hand.
