As from the title alone, I stumbled across the Freedom Geek and was searching up a lot about them through various subreddits (mostly r/buhaydigital).

Seeing how they take no cuts from VAs / applicants I started to wonder where they gain their income from to keep their recruitment agency open? Do they mainly source from potential clients looking for reliable VAs? Or is it something else entirely? Just really checking to see if they're legit, really. I tried searching it up but no dice.. just job offers on their site.

And lastly, to the ones who have applied and gotten a client through The Freedom Geek.. what is it like? Do you recommend it? I'd love to know your thoughts.
