I’d be stoked if someone knew what I was talking about, there’s a resort down in San Diego called “Paradise point hotel and spa” and my family and I would visit every Easter for a vacation when I was super little. Outside of your room, it was backed up to a makeshift type of pond. I distinctly remember seeing fountains, metal statues etc. coming out of the pond. it still gives me the ick just thinking about it. Truly a beautiful vacation spot though! I couldn’t find any of the statues in the pond via Google since I think they’ve been removed now. But I do know I have some childhood photos of myself pointing at them. But yeah, this is where it all started for me.
