I thought it was just a lower libido caused by propranolol, and while my libido has slightly improved, my orgasm has lost like half its intensity. Im TERRIFIED. I HAD NO SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION ON THE PILLS, 7 months in im getting horrible symptoms and I actually have had zero improvement at all.

Im scared to reinstate because of kindling and people say its a last resort. What do I do i cant have PSSD, my life will be ruined.

My anxiety and stress is at an all time high even on propanolol. Propanolol is also causing libido problems I believe and that anxiety is compounding on it because Im thinking its PSSD (symptoms appeared 1 month after taking propanolol, 7th month off SSRIs).

I heard Buspirone is very unlikely to cause sexual dysfunction and really helps anxiety. But its serotonin based which is why im terrified. You could say ask a doctor but I rather talk to people who have had protracted withdrawal and ACTUALLY takes the medication.

Same doctors told me going cold turkey would be fine once the acute withdrawal goes away.

I quit venlafaxine in august, and cross tapered over two months into mirtazapine. Been on prozac for 7 years prior.

I quit venlafaxine because of unable to orgasm, but it went away after i went into mirtazapine. Quit that because of weight gain.

Not much problem 6 months in, but 7 month for a few days now im getting 'mild' PSSD. No numbing, or burning, etc. Just lower libido, which scares me because I dont want this becoming PSSD for life or years even.

I have been taking propanolol for a month so I dont know if its that either?

Reinstating hard because its been 7 months now but im wondering if I should reinstate 1mg prozac? Any stories of this being okay? Thanks
