I bought some Albacore and I don't know if it was flash frozen or not. Do I need to cook it all the way through?

Basically title. My understanding is flash freezing makes sure all the parasites are dead so eating it raw is safer. I bought a 3/4lb loin at a farmers market, it was on ice. Forgot to ask if it was flash frozen. Can I still give it a nice sear on both sides and leave the middle pink?

What's the Greatest Hit play from each era / style?

I'll be teaching a Theatre History class at the private high school I work at next year, and just wanted to hear some opinions. Looking for interesting, engaging, historically significant and with lots of variety between eras.

I'm aiming to read/teach 5 plays. What do you think of my era and play selections?

Greek: Antigone

Shakespeare: Twelfth Night (This could go a lot of ways, but I think they do Hamlet and R&J in English already)

Modern/Realism: Doll's House

Absurd, experimental: Waiting for Godot or Rhinoceros

Contemporary: A Raisin in the Sun

Backdrop / set out of cardboard boxes - advice

Hey theatreheads,

I'm directing a low-budget high school show and we're building a big "wall" of cardboard boxes to serve as the backdrop. We experimented with this the other day and it looks great - I'm curious if ya'll have any experience doing this with boxes, or advice for how to properly secure the wall so it stays in place. My first thought was tape but that feels annoying and not the most sturdy. Some kind of rod through the boxes? Ideas?
