I recently started watching the attitude era and it blew my mind
I was born in 2002 and started watching WWE around 2012-2013, one day I decided to watch the old episodes of raw because I saw mentions of the attitude era and how good it was over and over again on the internet and wow... this is the best what I watched in WWE !
unpredictable and creative storylines and matches outcomes, many and long segments that are genuinely funny and psychological, fast paced matches that have epic moments to tell stories about it later on and to fire up the storylines, epic promo videos package for PPVs, fired up full of life commentary, wrestlers have unique gimmicks ( ex. kane ), variety of match types ( ex. hell in a cell, tables... etc ), great theme songs and titantron which hype up the entrance of wrestlers and fit with the wrestler's character ( ex. chris jericho theme ), pushing the wrestlers who the crowd cheer for ( ex. the rock ) and rewarding wrestlers who sacrificed their bodies many times with championships ( ex. mick foley ), wrestlers wrestling every week whether they are champions or not or they are the good guys or the bad guys ( ex. triple h ), the owner of the company inserting himself in storylines to get insulted by the crowd and get his ass kicked by his employees
I'm currently watching the judgement day 2001 build up but what is going on with modern WWE ?! I'm still watching it too but it feels it got downgraded a lot compared to what it was in the past
