I'm using Minoxidil foam to avoid facial hair growth but it still happens. Is there a proper way to avoid this? Or does the minoxidil get in the bloodstream as I'm applying it near the face so it will happen regardless?

I don't want to shave my face because the moment you do an area I will have to do the whole face and it will be more noticeable, right? I'm a Latina with some natural peach buzz on my lip.
