I got metaglasses for my birthday present today, but I cannot figure out how to make them work.

I’ve been charging them for about 6 hours now and the case still shows orange (once I take the glasses outside the case the case shows green)

I’m unable to parry them with the app as the blue color never shows up. Even if I hold the back button for millions of seconds.

As for the glasses themselves they show a singular red light when I open the case and that’s it.

I have tried holding the case button, holding the button on the glasses. I also just found out there’s an on and off switch, they were on when the came in and they have been off for about 3 hours now (and charging) and no success.

Please help 😭
