Main cane seems to have rotted a bit at the base, anything to worry about?

Bought this tea rose from a small pet and flower shop around three weeks ago, and still learning to take care of it properly. It seems to be doing fine and is producing a new bloom, but one of the main canes in the centre seems to have a bit of rot at the base. Is it anything I should worry about?
