So I'm having an engagement ring made for my partner. I know she wants a lab grown because it's more ethical and a smarter decision. I've heard they are identical to real diamonds so I'm assuming they age the same?
But when it comes to price/what looks best, the prices seem to jump between certain levels, is it worth getting the best of the best for colour and clarity or should I go to the next price point down?
Hello, so I'm making an interactive for a museum, it's going to basically be a propeller aircraft like a spitfire. Problem is I can't have any power running to it. One idea is to have a hand pump that fills a small tank, then when you press a button it releases the pumped air into something like a whistle or cazzoo or something, this is where I'm stuck. So does anyone know of any instruments, or something I could blow through to make a rough engine starting noise?
I've been thinking about railway Museums in the UK lately and was wondering what everyone's experiences are.
What's the best exhibit you've ever been to or thing you've seen in a railway museum past or present, it doesn't have to be just the UK?
And/or what is something you have always wanted to see in a railway museum or anywhere really related to trains?
