Heeeello, I've got a sagging plaster ceiling in the garage. Looking into it, seems like a common insulation issue. I've got it quoted for a 4k replacement and paint. Looking for opinions on my options:

• would it just be better to remove and leave the roof exposed
• if replacing it, to also add in insulation as well - as I don't want this to keep happening
