SW 103lbs (shortly before first pics in blue) CW 98.7lbs

Fairly active at home, and I'm an RN so definitely not sedentary at work. I don't have a fitness watch because I get a little to obsessive.

Back in December I started feeling a little squishy and my favorite pair of pants were getting a little snug. I started doing Kaliegh Cohen workouts 2-3x a week and started calorie counting again at a slight deficit. I definitely feel stronger at this point and I'm just starting to notice a slight change in my body.

I'm also trying to get pregnant, so I don't think the calorie deficit is the best idea. Im eating about 1300-1450 calories. Average around 50-60g protein and 20g fiber.

Now, I'm mostly interested in building some muscles to be a little more toned and stronger. I'm not sure what to do next. Do I just keep at what I've been doing, or should I be switching anything up. I was thinking about changing to Caroline Girvan Iron series. With the weather turning warm again here, I also will be even more active just spending my days outside. Should I increase my calories?
