I don't know if this is the right subreddit to post this in, I don't even really use reddit so idk but I'm having a bit of a weird and niche scenerio so here goes: I (18F) have 2 jobs: retail and food service. I'm assistant manager at my food service job, I work my retail job 2 days a week. That part doesn't really matter. The thing is, my food service job doesn't usually end until 8-9pm and that's on a quick day, I work in an ice cream shop that makes everything in store, and that means sometimes I don't get home until 10:30-11:30, and then I have work again the next day at 10am. I'm having an issue where I'm finding when I get home late, I can't rid the feeling of needing to stay in that "customer service".. mode? if that makes sense? I can feel how tired my body is, but it's like my brain doesn't get the message of being tired until way after I'm home, and then I'm sleeping at 3am. I just find it difficult to get to sleep and I don't know what I should do. Please help🥲🥲

TLDR: The after-work adrenalaine isn't letting me sleep at a reasonable hour, would appreciate suggestions that may help.
