Last time I got access to the echoing hatred was the quest itself, since then I've done many dungeons, undercity stuff, lair bosses etc etc and even got mythics since then. How rare is this thing? Im not misunderstanding how you get it right? I swear at least by now I wouldve got at least 1.

Was doing a escalation dungeon, out of nowhere it disconnects and guess what you cant go back to that as you have "used it". I dont care about these disconnects as its easy to get back in but not being left of where i was or refunded the nightmare key or item i used for an activity is stupid.
