I had an orchid quite a few years ago and kept it alive for a couple years before inadvertently killing it.

I've been wanting one of these yellow ones since I saw them in dillons a while back, and after I ended up in here one day I felt a bit more prepared and finally bought it yesterday.

Apparently I can't do photos and a video, so you just get the video of the roots. The orchid is entirely out of the cup in the video as when I got home and tried to take the cup out of the pot, that happened.

Does anyone see anything that needs to be addressed ASAP? Otherwise my plan is to let it dry out a good bit before watering and hope for the best.
