EP-40 Issue and turns on but then shuts off
I have an issue with my Ep-40 Riddim where it turns on but then after like 10 seconds, it shuts off and it won’t turn back on even if I click anything or turn it back off then on with the switch until like 5 minutes later. How do I fix this? I only got 1 day left to return so I would love help. thanks in advance!

How do I make Bass sounds on Ep-44 deeper/lower?
Same thing in the title. I'm trying to make the bass go lower/deeper but all I see on the web app and stuff is just other types of sounds but nothing deeper/lower. Thanks in advance
