Had a lady come in for roadie and complain as soon as she walks in because she couldn’t reach the store, first red flag right? Then she shows me her barcode and I give her the 2 packages in her bundle and she signs and leaves. Then she comes back and starts arguing with me about not scanning her barcode twice. I explain how I only need to scan her barcode once and it pulls up all the packages she’s taking. At this point shes literally screaming at me. 50+ year old woman btw 😃. I get my manager because I literally cannot process what she’s tripping about. She goes up to my manager and just starts yelling at him and saying something about “idk what she’s not understanding”. My manager goes “so is there anything we can do for you” and she goes “no” and he’s like “okay have a good day” and walks away. I’m still confused lol did she just wanna argue?
