Expanding laundering operations/legit businesses

This is very in the weeds (pun fully intended) but I'd like to see some more mechanics for the, admittedly far less thrilling, side of the drug trade around not getting nailed for tax evasion.

As others have suggested, a hirable accountant to automate laundering would be great, if only for convenience. Expanding on this, automating employee payment but requiring your chemists, botanists, etc. to be registered as employees of the carwash, taco ticklers, etc.

Having legit income from the business as well as operating costs, for example: Taco Ticklers pulls in $10,000 per week but costs $2000 in utilities, inventory, rent/property tax, Kyle's minimum wage lol.

Having a limit on how many employees can be registered to a business so the numbers add up i.e. you can't have the wages paid to employees exceed the legit & laundered revenue.

There could also be options to expand some businesses. For example, having Taco Ticklers offer delivery adds extra upfront costs like delivery vehicles, insurance, etc. but increases the amount that can be laundered and employee limit.

Eventually you could even intertwine legit & drug businesses so for instance, your dealers can be hired as delivery drivers for Taco Ticklers making them less likely to be busted/attacked by cops/Benzies but lowering their selling speed or the amount of product they can carry at one time.
