I’m trying to convince my mom (80+) to move to a 55+ community in the Sacramento area (ideally Natomas). For those in this sub (if any!) that live in a 55+ community, what are the pros and cons that you’ve experienced and would you recommend it?

She lives alone, and while still very independent and active, has definitely started slowing down in the past few years.
